Perceelkaarten is published by OPL Consulting Oy, a Finnish company based in Espoo (Y-tunnus: 3222631-1, VAT no.: FI32226311). The site is independent: it is not a service of the Kadaster, a municipality or the government, and not an estate agency site.

What the site is for

The cadastral map, addresses and soil and elevation data are public but spread across several services. Perceelkaarten brings them together on one free map. Search an address or a cadastral designation to see the parcel boundary, the registered area, the addresses and buildings inside the parcel and regional soil data, with a link to the source.

How the pages are made

The data comes from open government sources: the Cadastre register (BRK), the Addresses and Buildings register (BAG), the BRO soil map and the AHN elevation model, supplemented by PDOK aerial photographs. The Sources page gives each source’s licence and the version used.

Parcel, address and place pages are produced automatically from this data, with no manual editing. A figure on a page is the source’s figure, or a calculation explained on the page, such as the area from the parcel geometry shown next to the registered area. When something is missing in the source, the page says so; it is not estimated.

The map guides are written by hand from the official sources they cite and show the date of their last check.

The site is not real-time. Each page is a snapshot of a published data version, with its date.

What Perceelkaarten is not

Perceelkaarten does not replace an official cadastral extract, a boundary reconstruction, a soil survey or a check of the environmental plan. A parcel is not the same as a property or a building plot. The site shows no owners and offers no person search.

Boundaries and areas are indicative, and environmental plans are not yet integrated. Before a purchase, a sale or a building plan, check the details with the Kadaster, the municipality or the Omgevingsloket.

Corrections and reports

An error, out-of-date data or a display problem? Email info@carteparcelle.fr with the address of the page and what looks wrong, with the official source if possible. Do not include other people’s personal data.

We compare the report with the official source. If the error comes from our processing, we fix it. If the error is in the source itself (cadastre, BAG, soil map), only that source’s custodian can correct it and we point you to them. When we change a guide in substance, we update its check date.

Independence

No municipality, estate agent, notary or builder pays to be listed on Perceelkaarten or to have a page changed. Outgoing links lead to official sources.

Funding

The site is free and carries no advertising.
