Who processes data?

OPL Consulting, Espoo, Finland (VAT FI32226311) publishes Perceelkaarten. Questions, corrections and privacy requests: info@carteparcelle.fr. Cloudflare, Inc. provides hosting and network security. We show no owners and offer no person search.

Using the map

The map reads public geographic data. Requests include technically necessary information such as IP address, time, requested URL and browser characteristics. The hosting provider uses this to deliver the service and limit abuse. Do not put confidential information in search queries or shared links.

This version loads no Google Analytics, AdSense or advertising CMP. The map stores local preferences and tour status in your browser. You can clear these in your browser settings. No account is required.

External services and your rights

Aerial imagery and some map layers are requested directly from PDOK. Opening an external source link is governed by that provider’s privacy statement. These providers receive the network information needed to answer your request.

Contact us about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection concerning personal data we process. You can complain to your supervisory authority, such as the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. This statement will be updated before advertising is enabled.

Basis, retention and transfers

We process technically necessary request data for our legitimate interest in providing a safe, reliable map. This version does not use it for personalised advertising. We retain such data only as needed to deliver the service, protect it and investigate faults. Cloudflare also applies the retention periods of its hosting and security services. Local preferences remain in your browser until cleared; correspondence is retained as needed to resolve your request or meet legal obligations.

Cloudflare is a US provider with an international network. Processing can occur outside the EEA under Cloudflare’s applicable arrangements and transfer safeguards. We make no automated decisions about people, and viewing public parcel data requires neither an account nor supplying personal details.
