Parcels and addresses by place
This is a BAG locality, not a municipal boundary or complete parcel list. Its source location is a navigation point. Search by street and number to establish the intended address and parcel.
- Amsterdam
Start with an exact address, such as Dam 1. A building in a continuous urban block can cross several cadastral parcels. Compare BAG buildings with BRK boundaries and keep address points and registered area separate.
- Rotterdam
For large buildings and port locations, check both the address location and the complete parcel shape. One large building can contain several usable units. Address count, footprint and usable floor area are different facts.
- Utrecht
Include the house number and any suffix to distinguish streets with similar names or several addresses in one building. Check official planning rules for your proposal; a cadastral parcel is not a permitted building envelope.
- Groningen
Combine an address with the parcel boundary and read the soil map as a regional model. Elevation, soil type and a visible building footprint do not establish the structural condition or suitability of an individual building.
