Sources, licences and freshness
The map combines sources from different dates. Read the per-parcel source dates in the facts card and the published release at /api/country-release. A recent website release does not mean all source measurements were collected on that date.

BRK supplies parcel boundaries and registered area; BAG supplies buildings and address points; TOP10NL supplies topographic context. Geometry is processed and simplified for display. Measurement and overlap calculations use complete source geometry.
The BRO Soil Map is a regional model; AHN provides heights relative to NAP. Displayed elevations are derived and interpolated, not a land survey. PDOK aerial imagery has edition- and location-dependent coverage. Natural Earth supplies regional context outside and beneath the detailed Dutch map.
An empty layer can also mean missing coverage or an unavailable source. DSO planning data is not integrated yet. Use the Omgevingsloket for current rules.
