Independent Netherlands parcel map. No owners or person search. Sources: BRK, BAG, TOP10NL, BRO soil, AHN, PDOK imagery and Natural Earth context.

Use GET /api/v1/search?q=ADDRESS&limit=8, /api/v1/point?lon=LONGITUDE&lat=LATITUDE, /api/v1/parcel/AUTHORITY_ID?lang=nl or en, and /api/v1/addresses. API errors are not absence. HTTP 429 requires backoff; honour Retry-After. No bulk export.

Preserve canonical identifiers as strings, source dates, dataset-specific attribution and licences. BAG address points associate spatially; buildings can overlap several parcels. Soil is regional 1:50,000 context, not a site survey. Registered, calculated, overlap and usable floor areas are different measures. Do not sum soil units that describe the same mapped area. Planning rules are not integrated: consult the Omgevingsloket. Never infer building permission, ownership or no risk from a missing layer.
